FISH CROQUETTES WITH CURRY AND MANIOC

Ingredients
(30 croquettes)
1 kg of fish fillets
2 tbsp. of soy sauce
thyme
1 bay rum leaf or bay leaf
juice of half a lemon
a little milk
100 g of soft white bread
1 clove of garlic
1 chili pepper
3 cloves
2 green onions or chives
1 level teaspoon curry powder
3 eggs
a little manioc flour
Salt and pepper
Oil for deep frying
Recipe
2 hours ahead of time, marinate your fish in soy sauce, lemon juice, thyme and bay leaf.
Chop the green onion and half the habanero chili pepper (carefully removing the seeds).
Finely crush the cloves and the garlic. In a separate bowl, soak the bread in a little milk.
In a large bowl, mash the fish that has been carefully drained and mix in the spices, onion, chili pepper and bread from which the milk has been squeezed out. Add the curry powder. Salt and pepper the mixture.
Add the whole eggs. Work the dough into small balls…
