Article 2 : Terms and conditions of use

Users are deemed to have agreed to the general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “the GTCU”) when using and navigating on the Site.
The Company reserves the right to modify at any time the GTCU and it is the sole responsibility of the site user (hereinafter “the User”) to consult them regularly.

The access to the Site is strictly forbidden to minors.

Article 3 : Intellectual Property

The Site and all its contents, such as domain names, brands, legal structure, texts, images, database, tree diagram, logos, graphic charts, photos and illustrations and the like, notably all contents possibly protected by intellectual property, or any other national or international content possibly protected by legal rights or any other applicable national or international law, are the exclusive property of the Company.

All use, reproduction, representation and/or broadcasting in part or in whole of the contents of the Site, in any format and any media is strictly prohibited unless the Company gives its prior written authorization.

Any violation by the User or any third party will be prosecuted by law.

Article 4 : Personal Information

Browsing on the Site implies that the Company can collect and use personal information. Personal information is collected with the agreement of the User (age, country of residence).

This information is used to verify the legal age of the Users who wish to access the Site. The mandatory character of the information is indicated on the concerned pages and functions of the Site. Article 5 : Responsibility

The Company provides information on the Site as a guide only and cannot guaranty the appropriateness, the lawfulness, the probity or the quality of the information.

The Company reserves the right to modify or cease the whole or part of the Site, to cancel any information that could disturb or disrupt the functioning of the platform or be in breach of national laws that could entail civil or criminal proceedings, as well as the right to suspend the Site for updates.

The Company is not responsible for any hypertexts on the Site that would redirect the User to other private or public sites and notably their contents, collection and treatment of personal information or the use of cookies.

Article 7 : Cookies

The Company may collect as cookies certain standard information such as the type of navigator, operating system, duration of access, etc.

Article 8 : Applicable Law

The GTCU are governed by French law and any disputes that have not come to a common agreement will be settled by the competent French courts.

Where the Company has provided the Users with a translation of the GTCU, the French version of the GTCU will govern. In the event of a contradiction with the French version and a translation, the provisions of the French version shall take precedence over any translation.
