Users are deemed to have agreed to the general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “the GTCU”) when using and navigating on the Site.

The GTCU are governed by French law and any disputes that have not come to a common agreement will be settled by the competent French courts.
Where the Company has provided the Users with a translation of the GTCU, the French version of the GTCU will govern. In the event of a contradiction with the French version and a translation, the provisions of the French version shall take precedence over any translation.
